Rathnaleen Kal found improved form and kicked off the new season with a first career success when outpointing Reflectionist, who runs earlier on the card, at Clonmel. She'd previously gone well in a large-field Tipperary handicap and remains feasibly treated upped 9lb for those efforts. I Don't Get It failed to land the hat-trick at Downpatrick but still put up a good effort when second of 13 off a 13lb higher mark than when scoring at the same track in April. He's up a further 3lb here but commands respect. Deep Pockets shaped well on his latest start after a break and also enters the equation but a chance is taken with ATIMETODREAM for Henry De Bromhead and Rachael Blackmore. She's only had three runs but has shown distinct promise and it's interesting to see her sent straight into handicap company.
