Verdict

Gordon Elliott complicates matters with two of the five entries. Dallas Des Pictons is well up to this level but would appreciate further on this sort of ground so THE BOSSES OSCAR looks the one to beat. Last year's Pertemps Final runner-up had a spell over fences before reverting to hurdles with very good runs behind smart rivals at Killarney and Wexford. Chiracahua has won three times on the Flat and landed a 3m maiden hurdle at Cork with some ease but didn't quite get home when tackling slightly further at Kilbeggan.
