In depth

Verdict

SIZING SAHARA can make a winning debut for Willie Mullins. A half-brother to five winners including the high-class hurdler Arcalis, he cost £80,000 at the Doncaster Sales last May and is with the right man to get the job done. Kauto Grand Mogol, a half-brother to Kauto Star, has plenty to live up to but made a nice start behind Ange Blanc at Punchestown and will be better suited by what should be a much stronger pace here. Caspartino and Band Of Blood have both recently scored between the flags while Miss Conception could prove best of the newcomers as she's a half-sister to several winners including Miss Nomer.
