THUNDER ECLIPSE has been no match for two smart winners at the Curragh and Listowel and will be unfortunate to come up against one as good here. Snapius was 7 lengths behind him at the Curragh but improved at Listowel next time and is likely to make further progress. Jarvis started favourite at Fairyhouse but didn't get the best of runs and is expected to do better. Nectarine is from the first crop of Parish Hall out of a mare who produced a two-year-old winner with her first offspring. The Bolgers will be anxious to get the stallion off to a good start while Slamadoor has plenty of pace in her pedigree.
