Verdict

Dat's The Plan hasn't been seen since a very impressive debut victory at Newton Abbot almost two years ago. MARINERO won a point-to-point on his debut and gained his first bumper victory in very easy fashion at Fairyhouse last week. He has great potential and can go in again though Macbride will come in for support again. Aidan O'Brien's charge made a very encouraging debut behind the useful Lieutenant Colonel at Punchestown but didn't appear to enjoy the softer ground at Leopardstown's Christmas fixture. Mm Dazzler has some smart form though was well beaten at Punchestown but Mr Boss Man had won there in November before a poor run in better company at Gowran.
