Iiex Excelsa was disqualified after finishing first past in a Cork maiden when a banned substance was found in her sample. She's since run in two Group 3's and this is more her grade. Conclusion's second to Bucky Larson at Leopardstown a month ago has been franked though he was beaten when odds-on at Gowran last time. RAESEEYA was only beaten a head over 7f on the latter track and with the longer trip certain to suit and much more to offer she's handed the vote. Fridtjof Nansen would have finished closer to Saxon Warrior at the Curragh in August but for being impeded at a crucial stage though the lack of a subsequent run is a concern. Hasimiyya made a promising start on very testing ground at the Curragh and today's conditions should be much more suitable.
