In depth

Verdict

Witness Of Fashion has struggled at the weights after completing a double at the turn of the year, though he'll enjoy the conditions more than most. He finished just behind Mister First at Navan last time though both were well beaten. Milanesque had shown virtually nothing before landing a gamble at Thurles in January after which he went up 10lb. He was in touch but under pressure when falling at the last back there last month and still looks capable of a big run. FERGIETHELEGEND had only been in moderate form before gaining a facile victory at Naas last month. He's been raised 7lb, which seems lenient considering he won by 17 lengths, and a quick double looks on the cards. Bothair Clei won a handicap here in December but has run poorly in subsequent starts, though in better company than this.
