Winning bumper Bosco Di Alco was narrowly beaten over 2m4f on his hurdling debut at Punchestown but failed to stay an extra quarter-mile when well beaten into third at Down Royal. He takes a significant drop in trip here though will have the benefit of J J Slevin's claim. Winning point-to-pointer AGENT BORU has done very well to finish runner-up in two bumpers and the form of the latest has been franked by the winner so he can make a winning start over timber. Cadeau Du Bresil hasn't done much wrong though may need further but Field Robin didn't run well at Clonmel after a placed effort in a Down Royal Grade 3.
