Verdict

Michael Hourigan won this a year ago and will be hoping to follow up with Crash, who has been competing at a very high level since scoring at Punchestown in December. That was on very heavy ground, however, and he's untested in today's conditions. FRISCO DEPOT couldn't handle the high-class Flemenstar at Naas when Bog Warrior ran a shocker in third but there was no disgrace in that performance and he looks to be progressive enough to take this. Gates Of Rome made too many mistakes at Naas last time and will need to jump better while Ordinary Man has also had jumping problems.
