Vics Canvas is approaching 11 and can hardly be progressive so a 12lb rise for his Navan victory looks harsh. Shinrock Paddy, who was staying on nicely behind on his first start since March, can reverse the form. Gold Patrol is going very well and though 10lb higher for his victory on his handicap debut at Tramore he's progressing fast enough to give a good account. Empire Of Gold is having just his fourth start over hurdles and making his handicap debut from a fair mark after chasing home the classy Faugheen at Navan. But FOLLOWMEUPTOCARLOW is given the nod as he was in tremendous form in the spring and reappeared to beat a huge field at Fairyhouse before a smart performance on his chasing debut there a fortnight ago. Jetson won this in 2011 but has been well beaten in his last two runs and Living Next Door could prove more of a threat despite being out of the handicap as he's been going well over fences. Un Beau Roman has been beaten in small fields recently and could be better suited by a likely fast pace here while Tabac Brun still looks well treated despite a battling maiden success at Gowran.
