Alayir was unlucky in-running in what looked a very strong maiden at Navan in October and the son of Azamour should do much better in his second season. He faces a stiff task on his return though against APACHE and the Ballydoyle colt, a brother to Cheshire Oaks winner Perfect Truth, should build on his excellent debut behind Banksters Bonus at the Curragh in October. Train Of Thought is by Sadler's Wells and likely to do better over a longer trip in time while Noble Call hasn't been seen since a fair second to Eskimo at Tipperary in May. Newcomer Casimir Road will probably be seen to better effect over further but Tazaamun is related to six winners and should be ideally suited by today's trip on his debut.
