Verdict

The Greek is the only course winner and also scored at Punchestown in June but Jack Kennedy prefers Fire Attack, who was generally to be seen racing in top company for Joseph O'Brien before joining Gordon Elliott. The Big Chap completed a Fairyhouse and Galway double before a bad mistake at the second put him out of contention at the former track but Typical Thomas is looking a very progressive chaser. He completed a double with a smooth victory in a Cork Listed handicap and an 8lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent another big run. CHAVEZ (NAP) won a bumper and a maiden hurdle for Paul Nicholls before unseating at the first on his debut for Willie Mullins at Down Royal a year ago. He made mistakes on his next start at Fairyhouse a month later but won by 25 lengths and looks well treated.
