Convergence has a Listed penalty to contend with after his victory at Tipperary but hasn't been disgraced at Group 2 level subsequently and must be a threat to all. Order Of St George was a very easy winner on soft ground here in August before finding the going too quick in a Newmarket Group 3. The more rain the better for him but he was beaten fair and square by PARISH BOY at Naas and Jim Bolger's charge, who had shown real promise behind Convergence here in June, looks the one to be on. Zafilani was reported to have needed the run at Tipperary in August but showed real quality to land a maiden on fast ground. The runner-up has boosted the form and if Dermot Weld's charge handles the going he'll prove difficult to beat.
