Belle De Crecy made a fair debut for Richard Hannon at Windsor last May and didn't reappear until earlier this month when in the care of Johnny Murtagh. She did enough to suggest that there are races to be won with her but the concession of 10lb to the year younger SCINTILLULA looks beyond her. It's a surprise that Jim Bolger's filly hasn't won by now as she finished runner-up to Sky Lantern in the Moyglare on just her second appearance. She didn't impress on her reappearance here in April but may have needed the run, her first since October. It's difficult to imagine any of those with previous experience going close but Cristal Groove wouldn't have remained with John Oxx unless thought capable of winning races and is one to note in the betting.
