Point Piper most definitely isn't one of his stable's stars but quicker ground may bring about some improvement and he shouldn't be dismissed just yet. Sophisticated Heir looked a certain future winner when runner-up to Fortify at Cork but ran poorly at Gowran and will need to do much better. HARPIST showed some promise on last year's debut on this track and was made favourite for her reappearance at Dundalk but found Pearl Of Africa too strong. The third won subsequently so the form looks good enough for David Wachman's filly to go one better. Lake District is likely to be suited by this trip and ground while Shouranour will have come on for his badly-needed debut at Naas.
