Captain Hardship wasn't beaten far in strong maidens here and at the Curragh in August and his pedigree suggests this should be his year. Pincheck showed potential for Luca Cumani and Jessica Harrington will get the best from him but Pipes Of Peace was well beaten on his final juvenile start and needs to find much more if he's to live up to his smart pedigree. His stable is also represented by PAVLENKO, who is more likely to make the grade this term. She didn't get going on her debut here in October but an Irish Oaks entry suggests much better is anticipated and she can make a successful return to action. Constant Comment was very green on her debut here and will know much more this time.
