SINKAL was hugely impressive landing his maiden at the Curragh and is still in the Irish Derby. He's the third foal of a mare who has produced two other winners and looks potentially top-class and can remain unbeaten. John Constable scored over 1m5f at Navan so it was a surprise to see him dropping to 1m2f at the Curragh but he ran very well behind Tonton Macoute, who was completing a double. Sundara looked promising when gaining a surprise victory at Leopardstown and can't have been right when tailed off at the Curragh while Roheryn was very impressive when landing a Wexford maiden though will need to find another gear in this.
John Constable (IRE) 5-2fav (9-10) Dwelt, towards rear, progress and carried right early straight, chased winner in 3rd from 2f out, moderate 2nd from 1f out, bumped inside final furlong, ran on well, not quite reach winner, 2nd of 10, nk behind Tonton Macoute (9-0) at Curragh 1m 2f 3yo hcp sft in May.
Sinkal (USA) 2-1 (9-5) Soon raced in 4th, 3rd from under 3f out, closed under pressure and led inside final furlong, stayed on well, won at Curragh 1m 2f 3yo mdn in Apr beating Marakoush (9-5) by 3 1/2l, 12 ran.
Streetcar To Stars 7-2fav (9-5) Chased leaders and 6th halfway, pushed along approaching straight and no impression in 9th under 2f out, kept on one pace, 8th of 14, 8l behind Blue Hussar (9-5) at Leopardstown 7f mdn stks sft in Nov.

Roheryn (IRE) 7-4 (9-0) Made all, ridden to assert under 2f out, stayed on well inside final furlong, easily, won at Wexford 1m 4f 3yo mdn in May beating Alafzara (9-0) by 8l, 5 ran.
Upper Silesian (IRE) 6-1 (9-0) Held up in 3rd, ridden 2f out, stayed on into 2nd entering straight, kept on to press leader inside final furlong and led close home, won at Ballinrobe 1m 4f 3yo fll sft in May beating Dance With Another (9-5) by 1/2l, 3 ran.
