A Grade A handicap in which Ice Cold Soul, who has a fine record around here and scored at Thurles two weeks ago, was engaged here yesterday. Yorkhill is a rare runner in a handicap though has never kicked on from his brilliant novice campaign after which he was rated 164. Any Second Now, last year's Kim Muir winner, finished runner-up to Battleoverdoyen in a Punchestown Grade 2 and was in touch when unseating his rider in the Paddy Power here last time. Robin Des Foret finished sixth in that latter event though only faded from the last when FITZHENRY was headed right on the line by Roaring Bull. Paul Nolan's charge could have done without a 4lb rise but gets the vote to go one better in another ultra-competitive handicap.
