Verdict

It would be no surprise to see Little Jon run well in a race like this. Jarlath got back to winning ways at Warwick but a 4lb rise makes him vulnerable here. CROWN HILL (NAP) won here in February and won later at Hereford. He’s still 7lb than that latest success but had a pipe-opener over hurdles last month and gets the nod. Bekkensfirth has also had a recent spin over hurdles but Allee Bleue hasn’t taken to fences so far and Volt Face stopped as if shot at Ascot only five days ago.
