Henry Daly has his runners in cracking form and SANDYNOW will take plenty of beating here, while Ackertac is much respected. The selection has plenty of stamina and acts well on soft ground, as evidenced by his 2m 5f Warwick win last time. He carries a penalty for that here, but with the stable firing on all cylinders and some weak-enough opposition we'll take him to follow-up. Ackertac won a soft ground bumper at Ludlow in November and should be fully tuned-up for a good intro over hurdlesby trainer Nigel Twiston-Davies, who also saddles Ash High. The latter drops back in trip from three miles and with Timmy Murphy booked he looks very interesting. Mallusk didn't manage to win an Irish point, but did at least prove his stamina beyond this trip with a couple of runners-up spots over three miles, and he looked half decent when scoring over two miles on testing ground at Uttoxeter last month. He too carries a penalty for that win and should go well. Mr Valentino will probably be better than he has shown so far, while Phare Isle has shown enough ability to make a showing here, but Sandynow is a confident choice.
