COPPERWOOD has done well since joining Mark Johnston, having accumulated three successes this year including when scoring at Hamilton last time for which he's been raised 4lb. That was his first career success on Turf, somewhat belatedly at the age of seven, but he's in great heart currently and and can follow up. This distance should suit Dancing Maite far more than the minimum trip over which he operated last time and this C&D winner looks a definite threat. Frankie Dettori is obviously a very interesting booking for Daruband, who should receive a market check, whilst Dancing Maite's stablemate Divertimenti should also be noted after a good effort last time.
