    Verdict

Sucellus made a winning start at Wolverhampton but failed to land the odds at Kempton and also has to concede weight here. Just You Wait wasn’t unfancied in a hot Doncaster maiden won by Bangkok and should be a different proposition with that run under his belt but LAAFY was doing his best work at the finish over a mile here in October and is certain to relish the extra distance. Mithmaar is by Sea The Stars and a half-brother to six winners, including the stable’s Middle Park winner Awzaan, so any market support on his racecourse debut would have to be taken seriously.
