Buckingham (IRE) Lightly-raced and has shown some promise over hurdles and in bumpers; makes chasing debut and runners from this yard always warrant a second look, particularly as this is not a strong race.
River Gold Lightly-raced and is another to have had his problems; hasn't raced since May when he showed some promise.
Viking Rod (IRE) Lightly-raced; reasonable effort on only run so far this season but that was back in May.
Emperor's Magic (IRE) Improved for his seasonal debut to land a surprise at Carlisle last week; raised 6lbs for that; has ability but is not the easiest to keep sound.
Passereau (FR) Came good at Bangor last time after dropping hints the time before; only raised 5lbs for that so entitled to go well again, even though he's up in trip now.
Court Ordeal (IRE) Jumped well on his chasing debut when second to June's River at Carlisle; entitled to improve for the experience and runs off the same mark here.
Errigal (FR) Reasonable effort when fourth here over further on Jan 9; a reproduction of that in first-time blinkers should see him make some kind of show.
Max Pride He's improved for fences but has not run now since a fairly promising effort at Plumpton on Nov 13.
Hancock Best effort came last time at Catterick; more needed on balance.
Paladus (IRE) Has been absent for over 800 days and will surely need this.
Sylcan Express Has had a long break and may need the experience on chasing debut.
Razor Ruddock (IRE) Did better last time than on his chasing debut but doesn't really look to be a natural.
Causeway Bay (IRE) Hasn't covered himself in glory in two chase efforts thus far.
John The Greek (IRE) Modest hurdler and now tries chasing but it's difficult to see him winning at the first time of asking.
Reefer Dancer Makes chase debut and difficult to see him making a big splash at the first time of asking.
Wadsworth (NZ) Little show over the bigger obstacles thus far.
