In depth

Verdict

Can Can Star gets the confident vote here with Broughtons Revival and Candle also considered The selection arrives here in good form having chased home Emerald Wilderness last time out. That horse has won again under a penalty, so if the selection handles the ground he will be hard to beat today. Broughtons Revival rates the main danger as he has form under similar conditions and he was a fair fourth behind Olimpo last time. His yard are in form and he should be watched in the market. Candle is another that could go well on her latest third behind Moon Empress but she could be vulnerable under her big weight on this ground. Chocolate Caramel is a course and distance winner but he may need the run after a 397-day absence, and we will stick with Can Can Star who can gain his reward for a string of consistent efforts.
