    Verdict

SLIKBACK JACK ran an eyecatcher in defeat at Catterick and as a son of Dr Fong, there is a fair likelihood that he will be suited by any inclement weather ahead of the meeting. Lochan Mor has hit the frame twice off tonight's mark of 80 though regrettably this does not give the handicapper any reason to drop him from his current mark. West End Lad saw the value of his Nottingham victory increase as the rather reluctant Bolodenka has gone on to run up close last weekend. Justonefortheroad is gradually dropping down the weights and there is a cogent argument to suggest that this handicap is somewhat easier than the last two races that he has contested. Peter Chapple-Hyam has had a 50% strike rate with his runners at Leicester so for that reason, Neduardo is worthy of closer inspection in the market. Cathy Gannon is riding particularly well at present so don't rule out the pint sized rider from getting a decent tune out of Tevez, who has been equipped with the cheekpieces for the first time in over a year.
