In depth

Verdict

Midnight Train completed a double at Nottingham earlier this month with a bit in hand. His yard has found some form so a hat-trick is a distinct possibility, though third Young Winston and fourth Rolypolymoly are both better off at the weights. ARYAAH (NAP) was just beaten in a higher grade here last week after getting off the mark over this trip at Bath. She’ll need to break smartly from stall two to get a good position but William Buick takes over the reins from an apprentice. Last month’s Wolverhampton runner-up Benjamin Bear is making his debut on Turf while King Of The Kippax and Showman lack a recent run.
