Verdict
Mister Mayday creeps further up the weights after a second at Bath when ahead of Jersey Brown. Mazaaher has slipped down the handicap this year and posted a better effort over 7f at Salisbury last time but STARDRIFTER (NAP) makes most appeal in this. Richard Fahey's charge has held his form well since scoring at Carlisle in July and only just failed to prevent Erik The Red from landing a double when runner-up at Beverley last month. Compton Mill will need to dig a bit deeper if he is to threaten off his current mark.
