Ben Buie comprehensively reversed earlier Bangor running with Richie Valentine at Hereford and is only 4lb higher but OBEY THE RULES is very much on an upward curve and can record a third victory over fences, even though he had only three lengths to spare over All Shook Up at Hereford last month with the latter now 16lb better off.
