A few are relatively unexposed and open to progression at an admittedly modest level, most notably David Simcock's Equiano filly, PRINCESS TANSY. Having shown promise in maiden company, she stepped up to handicaps with some conviction by running the far more experienced Whitecrest to just half a length on quick ground at Lingfield on only a fourth career start. George Buckell retains the ride and his 5lb claim takes his filly down to a more feasible 9-6. She's taken to maintain her improvement and go one better. Air Of York could be one to note with the promising Edward Greatrex's 7lb claim a major boon but Signorina Roseina looks the prime threat. She displayed dramatic improvement on all previous efforts when scoring on her first run for David O'Meara at Catterick and will definitely be involved if repeating that much better level.
