        Verdict

        Both Arab Poet and Scarlet Dragon made promising starts over 6f and this extra furlong should suit. But AL KHAFJI made a his debut in a decent maiden over 7f at Newmarket last month won by Manaafidh, a subsequent third in Listed company. Luca Cumani's Royal Lodge entry can land this with normal progress. Frock Coat is a newcomer to note but Star Of Lombardy is a half-sister to the prolific winner Blue Wave and Gold Faith cost 200,000gns as a yearling and make plenty of appeal.
