        Verdict

        Heavy ground was a legitimate excuse for BANREENAHREENKAH at Chepstow last time. She'd been placed in a higher grade at Bath and Brighton earlier and will never get a better chance to break her duck. Calon Lad was placed at Kempton last month but hasn't shown much on Turf so far while Lincolnrose has lost her way since winning at Brighton in May. Well Owd Mon never figured at Warwick last week but this is an even less competitive seller and he's preferred to Jonny Portman's pair Dawn Beat and Zinnobar.
