As the highest rated in this maiden and after some recent good runs DIAPASON has the call ahead of West With The Wind and Mellow Mixture. The pick has shown steady progression in three starts so far and ran a very nice race on her seasonal reappearance in a strong looking Doncaster maiden last time. The form looks solid from that contest and with no concerns about the racing surface she can improve again and score. West With The Wind would have terms slightly against her but the claim of her top apprentice jockey nearly levels things out. She to has shown a fair level of progression however the ground is a bit of an unknown factor. Mellow Mixture has a bit to find on the two mentioned but should be seen in a better light now back in the maiden ranks and needs to be considered. Fantasy Land and Good For Her are a further two who could challenge if finding some improvement but Diapason looks the most likely.
