In depth

Verdict

Vasari struggled to get involved drawn out wide at Kempton and should finish closer today. He’s still preferred to Lion Tower, sporting first-time blinkers, and the frustrating Phuket Power but this can go to one of the handicap debutants. Grande Rumore has found one too good in all three outings in novice company but ANJAH is just preferred having finished clear of the rest when runner-up at Sandown last time. Amathus scored over 6f last month while Millionaire Walt has won over 7f on the all-weather but finished last of six over track and trip on his handicap bow.
