Iron Horse has been lightly raced for his age and ran well here last year after a lay-off. Apple Rock escapes a penalty after landing a conditional jockeys’ race at Southwell nine days ago and a double isn’t out of the question with Luca Morgan claiming 3lb again but KOTMASK ran well on his reappearance in a better race than this at Ascot in October and the easier ground here is a plus. Shalakar may need this and Luckofthedraw is a chaser but Sullivan's Brow still has scope in handicaps and a visor replaces the usual cheekpieces on Ballintubber Boy.
