Verdict

STRAIT OF ZANZIBAR won this a year ago under Pauline Condon and is taken to repeat the process off a 3lb lower mark as he ran very well at Galway last time. Ainslie has been racing over hurdles since landing a Hamilton handicap a year ago so will be fit enough but Fairy Foxglove has to be the main threat despite an 8lb rise for her latest victory at Dundalk where she had Specific Gravity behind. Korbous hasn't had much racing this year but still managed to score at Cork early last month so he's another with chances in an open handicap.
