Classy hurdler Luska Lad, a regular performer and winner at the highest level, will appreciate the give in the ground and any further rain would aid his chances though he hasn't been seen since Punchestown in April. He's the obvious class-act here but BLOSSOM GATE may have his measure. John Kiely's filly has won her two bumpers in the style of a very useful performer and her guaranteed fitness may just sway things her way. Galileo's Choice made a winning start over hurdles in a Galway maiden and has done well on the Flat so he's sure to come in for plenty of support while The Last Don is a good enough performer to make his presence felt.
