Given this race is named in honour of Ballydoyle legend Vincent O'Brien, it would have been a surprise if Aidan O'Brien didn't have one laid out for the contest. WILD WIND was only beaten a neck by Banimpire at Gowran in May. She finished third in the French 1000 Guineas on her next start and a repeat of that effort would probably suffice here. Stunning View is worth another try at this level having won a competitive handicap at the Galway Festival but both Marvada and Royal Blue Star appeared to have their limitations exposed last time and Sapphire Pendant is probably best watched after a break in first-time blinkers. Gossamer Seed also has something to find against some of these on the form book.
