Verdict
SHANNING (NAP) followed two minor victories with placed efforts in three lucrative handicaps. She was returning from a break when well beaten at the Punchestown Festival but should be ready for this and race conditions suit. Her stable companion Pravalaguna had been in fine form over fences before well beaten in a Grade 2 at Auteuil and faces a tough task conceding 12lb but the four-year-old Havingagoodtime has won her last two races by a combined 40l though faces much tougher opposition. Carrie Des Champs has been in fine form in minor bumpers and maiden hurdles though didn't jump well when beaten at long odds-on at Perth.
