In depth

Verdict

Alpine Eagle, three times a winner on the Flat and twice over hurdles, is rated 134 over the smaller obstacles and is a nice recruit to chasing. He'll know his job as will Days Hotel, a winner over timber at Clonmel in March. Goban Saor's hurdling form has been on ground with plenty of give, a remark that also applies to winning point-to-pointer and hurdler Hot Or What. SOUNDS OF JUPITER looks the safest option as he has jumped well on both starts over fences and came up against a very promising type in Out Now at Limerick. He'll be unfortunate to come up against one as good here.
