Elite Charboniere easily landed a Leopardstown maiden in March but has been beaten a long way in both subsequent starts. Fest Deiz completed a double at this trip before taking on Fairyhill Run from the start over 3m at Tipperary and paying the price. Back over his best trip he'll be a different proposition. The four-year-old MERRY POPPINS was receiving 12lb when beaten just over two lengths by Fest Deiz at Roscommon and gets an extra 7lb here. With Rachael Blackmore taking over the reins she's expected to reverse the form and take this. Happy Jacky has a fair strike-rate over timber and looks best of the remainder.
