It's hard to know why DAVY FROM MILAN is still a maiden under Rules as the winning point-to-pointer has some strong form over timber, especially when beaten a head by Are Ya Right Chief over this trip at Thurles. He's been a bit disappointing in both starts subsequently but won't get a better opportunity to finally get off the mark. Jimmy The Hat hasn't shown much in his two recent starts but would be a threat on his run at Hereford in December and Gordon Elliott has had him long enough to get some improvement out of him. Town Pond is on the upgrade as he showed at Tramore last time and Wontbelongnow is another with formlines strong enough to give her claims with her allowance. Tisamystery makes his debut under Rules and with his yard in good form is one to keep an eye on.
