Verdict

Smithscorner was due to run yesterday at Cork so this modest handicap can go to BALLYBROWNEY WALK, who has been knocking on the door and has Paul Townend back in the saddle today. Holly Flight is having a first run in a handicap since October but top weight Cerealice is respected having had only two runs over the larger obstacles and making his handicap debut. Celebrity Status hasn’t really threatened so far and would need to show more, even in a race like this.
