Verdict

SILVERHAND arrives at chasing a little late in life but he was a useful hurdler and Flat performer and showed that he'd lost none of his ability with a fine run in the Coral Cup at Cheltenham, his first start since last July. He's taken to make a winning start over fences though stablemate Aitmatov was better over timber and has been producing some fair efforts in decent company over fences. Cadspeed was a progressive hurdler who is gradually making his way over the bigger obstacles though he's been making mistakes and will need to jump better. Benash looks a big threat as, though he showed nothing in two runs over fences, he ran his best race for a very long time when runner-up to Snap Tie at the Punchestown Festival.
