Verdict

Liberty Bay placed over course and distance last time when finishing in front of A Day Of Mischief. But the former had earlier finished behind third-placed ACQUISITOR here and Ali Stronge’s charge is taken to confirm superiority and go close on only his second start handicapping. Bomb Squad beat previous winner and stablemate The Good Ting when scoring at Redcar last month but remains 7lb higher while the remaining pair are hard to recommend.
