Verdict

One Penny Piece and Atheera are similar in that both have been competing unsuccessfully in better company since winning. Both scored over 6f earlier in the season and are not easily dismissed but it could pay to concentrate on the handicap debutants. Sebs Sensei has returned a losing favourite on a couple of occasions now, the latest when well beaten at Epsom, while Salford Secret has also come up short in maidens when strongly fancied in the betting. In contrast, CRAFTSMANSHIP was unfancied when showing a big improvement to finish third at Windsor last time and Robert Eddery's colt may come good in this.
