    In depth

    Verdict

Vitalline and Broad Appeal have both scored twice here but the former has never won beyond 7f and the latter is on a long losing run. Three-times hurdles winner Longclaw has never won on the level in a dozen starts and has been beaten off a lower mark the last twice but Haku came close to ending his maiden tag on his first start over the trip at Southwell when headed in the closing stages. BUG BOY initiated a double when scoring here under William Cox in June and has been racing at a higher level subsequently so gets the nod to return to winning ways.
