Verdict

Rogue Missile won a novices' race at Chelmsford last summer but COOL LIGHTNING has the more recent form at the same track. The latter landed a maiden race earlier in the month and James Tate’s filly will likely improve further now handicapping. Annie Gale is another to note on her handicap debut while Kensington Agent won a lower grade contest at Wolverhampton and is preferred to Camachess of the more exposed types.
