In depth

Verdict

Two entries again for the in-form Skelton yard with Harry on board Our Jet, who had his first start since wind surgery at Newbury earlier this month but was well beaten. The stable's Amoola Gold has won his last two starts over timber but is much better known over fences, though he disappointed last winter. THELASTHIGHKING won twice at this level in the spring though at shorter trips. He should have no problem staying and had a nice comeback here last month. Mullinaree completed a four-timer over hurdles but couldn't handle Grade 2 company at Chepstow and makes his chasing debut. Before Midnight completed a four-timer in 2021 and this is more his level after well beaten in a Cheltenham Class 2 handicap.
