        Verdict

        The progressive AL ZARAQAAN won all three outings last year, culminating in a victory over 1m4f at Lingfield on his handicap debut. He may well prove to be Pattern class this season and can continue winning ways in this. Almighwar completed a double in novice company but came up short here on his handicap bow back in October but Dark Pine has returned to action in fine form winning both starts for new connections in lower grade contests. United Front was narrowly beaten at this level at Chelmsford and is preferred to Master The Stars but Soto Sizzler has switched yards and returns from a lengthy absence.
