Verdict

The two fillies with the best form on offer attempt today’s trip for the first time. Verve has raced twice over 7f and should be sharper for a recent comeback but WARRIOR GODDESS is just preferred. The latter caught the eye staying on well over the minimum trip in soft ground at Doncaster on her debut and Andrea Atzeni’s presence suggests she’ll be ready for action on her first start since June. Poetic Principle was placed at Windsor last year but faded badly on his belated reappearance but Stand N Deliver is the first foal of a winning sprinter and a newcomer to note.
